My Falcon Crest is a personal exploration of my identity through who I'm named after: actor Robert Foxworth, who played Chase Gioberti on the 1980's late-night soap opera Falcon Crest. My name -- Robert Chase Heishman -- thus stems from both a real and fictitious person. Using photography, video, singing, and performance this suite of work has been / is a formative portal into exploring my relationship to not only this Falcon Crest actor and character but my family at-large -- mostly my mother, who is the genesis of not only me, but my loaded name.
